Cathy has been a practitioner of yoga since 1988. She is a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, and has been certified to teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan through the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKTYA). A founding member of both the New York Yoga Teachers Association and the Yoga Alliance, Cathy is also an experienced actress, and enjoys the creative side of teaching multiple yoga classes throughout New York City as well as working with individuals with specific needs. Her work includes teaching children as well as prenatal yoga.

Kundalini Yoga address breath, movement, mantra and meditation to access and balance the chakras and facilitate strength, healing and balance. She also teaches Alignment Yoga, which teaches basic yoga postures with specific attention to detail of form, to deepen the client’s awareness and prevent injury. Cathy offers onsite yoga classes and workshops in various venues throughout the city including health clubs, gyms, corporations, and healing centers, as well as private sessions.
